Edible products can not be returned for safety and sanitary reasons, therefore we have a general policy of no refunds once an order is placed so, please order carefully.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days and we will discuss options! Pictures are required.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives safely. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasions, orders get damaged. Jasba llc offers a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us with the subject "Damaged Package" and include photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement.
